  • Is there any way to zoom out to see more depth charts?
    • Use your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) to zoom out. Most applications allow you to press Crtl and Roll your mouse to zoom in and out. You can also press Crtl and + or – to zoom in and out.
  • I want to move an athlete but I cannot select his new position? (It is not showing as green)
    • First, check to see if your athlete’s position group is the proper position in relation to the depth chart set up
    • Second, check your depth chart settings to make sure that position is available for that column. (Help)
  • I cannot find the proper help or video with my problem

  • I changed my Graduation Date, but my athletes are not being promoted?
    • This answer only applies if you try to graduate athletes before the end of the calendar year. This answer is directly from our lead programmer.
      • The graduation date in the application is designed to parallel when students actually graduate. So the default date, July 1st, would say that “the class of 2018 will graduate on July 1st, 2018 and be moved to no longer playing status and the alumni class”. So setting the date to November 25th would set the class of 2018’s graduation date to November 25th, 2018.

        However, what I think you are trying to accomplish is changing the graduation date for the class of 2018 to November 25th, 2017. The system doesn’t have any way to set a graduation date outside of the athlete’s graduation year. The earliest you could set the graduation date would be January 1st of the athlete’s graduation year.
