How to use My GA Online for Multiple Position Athletes
Many programs have their athletes not only play on both sides of the ball but they also play multiple positions on offense and defense. My GA Online has received a lot of feedback from our customers to add this feature. We are proud to announce that we have accomplished our goal to add it to help staffs ‘Spend Less Time Working and More Time Coaching.’
How it Works
When you go to the Settings Tab on your web application you are going to apply this change by selecting a box to turn on this feature. See image below:
When you place an Athlete in two different positions, they cannot be on the same level at the same time. For example, you cannot have an Athlete be the starter in two different positions in the original 11. An athlete can be the starting Wide Receiver and the backup Quarterback, they cannot be both the starting Wide Receiver and Quarterback.
When an Athlete is moved from one team to another, it will remove them from all their places on the original team.
How to take excess Athletes off the Depth Chart
When you turn on the Multiple Places Athlete feature, an athlete can be placed in as many blank spots as possible. To remove them from the depth chart follow these simple steps.
- Select the Athlete that you want to remove and RIGHT CLICK
- A pop-up menu will appear and select REMOVE ATHLETE FROM CHART
